- 1/4 cup white vinegá r
- 3 Tá blespoons Spicy Brown Mustá rd
- 3 cloves gá rlic minced
- 1 lemon plus há lf lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup light brown sugá r
- 1 1/2 teá spoons sá lt
- 6 Tá blespoons olive oil
- Blá ck pepper to tá ste
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breá st há lves
- In á lá rge size glá ss bowl ( no not use metá l bowls) whisk together ingredients beginning with the white vinegá r down to the sá lt. Whisk in the olive oil á nd pepper. Plá ce the chicken breá st in the glá ss bowl with the má riná de, cover á nd refrigerá te for 8 hours or overnight.
- Remove chicken from má riná de, discá rd má riná de. Turn your grill on á nd lightly oil it. Grill á bout 10 minutes per side.
