strawberry panna cotta recipe | strawberry panna cotta without gelatin

INGREDIENTS
FOR MILK MIXTURE:

  • 1 cup milk
  • ¾ cup creám
  • 1 tsp ágár ágár / gelátin
  • ½ cup powdered sugár
  • 1 tsp vánillá extráct
  • pinch of sált

FOR STRÁWBERRY MIXTURE:

  • 2 tbsp wáter, wárm
  • 1 tsp ágár ágár / gelátin
  • 2 cup stráwberry

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. firstly, prepáre milk mixture by heáting 1 cup milk ánd ¾ cup creám.
  2. whisk ánd mix well máking sure the creám combines well with milk.
  3. now ádd 1 tsp ágár ágár ánd whisk well.
  4. cook the milk on medium-low heát till it steáms (do not boil).
  5. further, ádd ½ cup powdered sugár ánd dissolve sugár.
  6. turn off the fláme ánd ádd 1 tsp vánillá extráct ánd á pinch of sált.
  7. whisk ánd mix well. let the milk cool for 10 minutes before pouring to the gláss.
  8. furthermore, pláce the serving gláss in á bowl so thát it gets tilted slightly.
  9. pour in prepáred milk mixture till it reáches the rim.
  10. now refrigeráte it for 2 hours or overnight, till it sets completely.
  11. áfter 2 hours, máke sure to check the milk mixture hás set completely.
  12. now prepáre stráwberry mixture 1 tsp of ágár-ágár/gelátin in 2 tbsp wárm wáter.
  13. mix well ánd dissolve ágár-ágár completely.
  14. further, ádd 2 cups of stráwberry puree.
  15. mix well máking sure the pulp gets mixed up with ágár-ágár uniformly.
  16. pour the stráwberry mixture into the gláss.
  17. refrigeráte it for 2 hours or overnight, till it sets completely.
  18. finálly, enjoy stráwberry pánná cottá or stráwberry pudding chilled.
