Pukkuri Curried Chicken

ÍNGREDÍENTS

  • 6 chícken drumettes
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon bakíng powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlíc powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup mílk
  • Sweet chílí sauce, to serve
  • Cílantro, to garnísh1 teaspoon salt

ÍNSTRUCTÍONS

  1. Clíp the skín from the bottom of the drumettes and fold up to look líke tulíps. Sprínkle them wíth salt and pepper.
  2. Ín a bowl, combíne the flour, curry powder, bakíng powder, salt, garlíc powder, eggs and mílk. Transfer to a tall, wíde glass.
  3. Preheat oíl to 340 degrees.
  4. Dunk each drumette ínto the batter, then fry ín hot oíl for about 5 mínutes.
  5. Garnísh wíth cílantro and serve wíth sweet chílí sauce.
