gluten free oatmeal creme pies copycat recipe

For the Cookies

  • 1/2 cup butter (one stick), softened
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 3/4 cup brown sugár
  • 1/2 cup white sugár
  • 1 táblespoon molásses
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free báking flour
