• Strawberries
  • 1 bag of Dove chocolates (or any kind of chocolate you like!)


  1. Cut the strawberries into pieces that will fit into an ice cube tray
  2. Fill each slot of the ice cube tray with a strawberry or a slice of strawberry
  3. Melt the chocolate. For us, we melted 1/2 the bag at a time in a microwave safe bow in 30 second intervals
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the ice cube tray
  5. Gently tap the ice cube tray on the counter to “settle” the chocolate over the strawberries
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour
  7. Remove from the refrigerator and crack the tray, bending it side to side in opposite directions, just as you would regular ice cubes
  8. Pull the chocolate covered strawberries out from the ice cube tray (or gently dump them out)
  9. Enjoy!
