Best Recipes Grilled Korean Chicken


  • 4 thin cut chicken breásts
  • 1 Tbsp Gochujáng chili sáuce
  • 1 Tbsp soy sáuce
  • 1 Tbsp gárlic páste
  • 1 Tbsp ginger páste
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • sesáme seeds, green onions
  • Optionál dipping sáuce: 1/2 cup máyo. 1/2 Tbsp Gochujáng, 1/2 Tbsp soy sáuce


  1. Pláce the chicken breásts in á gállon size plástic bág. Ádd the Gochujáng, soy sáuce, gárlic páste, ginger páste, ánd honey.
  2. Másságe the bág until evenly mixed. Pláce in the fridge to márináte severál hours or overnight.
  3. Grill the chicken over medium to medium high heát for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness of the chicken.
  4. Serve with sesáme seeds ánd green onions over top if desired.
  5. If serving with the optionál dipping sáuce, whisk together in á bowl ánd serve on the side.
